How do i get a quote ?

Go to our " packages" tab there you can choose the number of package or packages that interest you, after that just complete the form and add (or not) additional services you would like and send it , our team will send you a quote in less than 24 hrs.

 

How  doe the booking process work ?

Once you decide which package and extra services are those that you want we will send a contract with the specifications and inclusions of each service that comes in the package, plus the payment dates as our packages can be paid in parts (2 ) for your comfort. Throughout the process, before your departure and arrival we will be in contact with you every step of the way making sure this process is as easy and simple as possible for you guys. We will make sure to make your bachelorette trip an unforgettable experience!

 

What payments options do you have ?

For your ease we have a plenty of payment methods varying from credit card, debit card, transfer, bank deposit or Paypal all done 100% secure and through paypal USA  (we never get your cards details for your security and ours). And not only that but everyone can make payments separately. Once the payment is made ​​we will send a confirmation receipt so you have the security that the payment was received.

 

Payment terms

We know that sometimes money is short and making the payment in 2 terms is a lot easier so we give you a two payment option. One is at the singing of the contract and the second one is a month before arrival, we are flexible on this terms so talk to us and let us know what you're thinking.

 

How long in advance should i book my bachelorette trip ?

To secure the property you want, we recommend you to book at least 3 months in advance and if it's a holiday weekend or date it should be done ASAP.

 

The prices on  your webpage are the prices i would get for  my package?

Mot likely your prices will vary a little bit from those on our webpage since they all depend on the date, number of people and availability, prices published on the website are estimates.

 

What condo will we get?

The condo type is decided according to your budget , number of girls and availability, depending on this we will send you available options for you to choose , but all of our condos and hotes are in Playa del Carmen on the beach or just steps from it  and close to everything, so you can walk everywhere without taxis or other means of transportation.
